Myriad launches Colorcoat® Solar

Myriad has introduced a new solution known as Solar onto the market, designed to improve the thermal comfort of buildings. Dedicated to exterior building applications, Colorcoat® Solar is a pre-painted steel with the specific feature of improved reflection of solar radiation. The "Solar" variant can be applied to the colours available across our entire product range.
The Colorcoat® Solar solution offers a wealth of benefits. Owing to optimised reflection of the sun's rays, the atmosphere inside buildings remains cool, thereby improving comfort. With the Colorcoat® Solar solution, the transfer of heat into buildings is minimised, thus reducing air-conditioning energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Because thermal fluctuations are attenuated, the end product is subject to less stress, thereby slowing down the ageing process.
